The Wyoming Association of Student Councils (WASC) is a non-profit member association, serving high schools throughout the state. We provide leadership development to both students and advisers. Our organization is sponsored by the Wyoming High School Activities Association (WHSAA) and we are recognized by NatStuCo.

We are governed by an Executive Board comprised of 5 adults and 8 student leaders. WASC is the premier student leadership organization within Wyoming. Each year, we serve hundreds of students and advisers from member schools across the state. Some of the opportunities for leadership and character development that we offer include:

Fall Leadership Academies
Annual Convention for high school leaders and advisers
Summer Leadership Camp
Adviser training at our state events
Regional and National leadership conferences
Membership networking opportunities

Each year we present a number of awards to honor our members, including the WASC Adviser of the Year Award (to both novice and veteran advisers), Hidden Hero, and All State Student Council. Our councils work toward becoming a Honor Council or Honor Council with Meritorious Distinction.
Our goal is to have this website be a useful resource for both students and advisers across Wyoming. We routinely post the latest information on our upcoming conferences and workshops, and make registration and membership forms available to you here 24 hours a day!
